![]() ![]() My Ruger Mark II hates the Golden Bullets, but that cheap Walther loves them for some strange reason? I think they only way to get a 4" barrel to push a round to supersonic is to use ultra high velocity rounds. ![]() ? But everything else seems to come out subsonic. I've got some Remington (I think) Viper Hyper-Velocity rounds and they sound supersonic when I shoot them in the P22. The lady there said that they put too much lubricant stuff on them and they tend to gum things up. The Tactical Solutions guys specifically told me NOT to use any Remington Gold bullets in my new Trail Light Buckmark barrel. ![]() I thought they would be about the same and saved the sub's for the rifle, the other day I grabbed some sub's in a hurry and then noticed a big difference. I put two random subs in a 10 round mag and any listener can tell which two they were. However when i shoot the Sub's out of my YHM Mite it is a lot quieter night/day difference. I have found that Remington golden bullets (bulk pack) run very well out of it. Yes everything I run my Walther stays sub sonic, both by hearing it and by shooting it over my chrono.
